0:05 as for who could be sent to a emergency it depends on what the exact emergency is. Oftentimes in many emergency’s multiple different emergency vehicles are sent to the scene to help. Here are some examples of emergency responders who are sent to a emergency. An ambulance will be sent to emergencies where someone is ill or injured such as due to a car wreck, fall, or poisoning or is in a life threatening condition such as if they have a heart attack, stroke, or are in cardiac arrest. In those emergencies the paramedics will treat the patient and send them to the hospital. A police car will be sent to emergencies such as robberies or mass shootings to deal with and arrest the criminal or to a car wreck to control traffic and prevent any secondary collisions. Firefighters will be sent to emergencies such as fires and car wrecks. In a fire emergency the firefighters will extinguish the fire and rescue anyone who is trapped inside a burning building or vehicle. In a car wreck firefighters will either extinguish fires or use equipment such as the jaws of life to extricate anyone inside the wrecked vehicle. Members of the Coast Guard will often be sent to emergencies at sea such as if a boat has crashed or capsized or if someone is drowning and will then rescue anyone in the water. Hazmat teams will be sent to emergencies involving hazardous materials such as a chemical or fuel leak. Upon arriving in the area and putting on protective clothing they will then decontaminate the area if possible. Technical rescuers who are often members of the fire department are often sent to emergencies such as confined space incidents, trench cave ins, structural collapse, incidents where someone has fallen through ice, cave rescues, and mine rescues. Upon arriving in the area and putting on proper equipment they will then make the scene safe and will then rescue anyone who is in trouble.
i'm currently in french riviera and went to the pont des tuves, it was my first time jumping into fresh water and since i'd jumped into many waters before like the sea and everyone else jumped in fine i thought i woudl be okay too. but as soon as i jumped in and entered the water, once i swam up i felt like my throat was blocked and i couldn't breath!! i think it was dry drowning but thankfully the shore was close by so i managed to go to it but if i didnt i honestly think i would have drowned..i literally couldn't breath however much i tried! i tried it for a second time thinking maybe since i got used to the water the 1st time it would be okay but nope the same reaction happened so now i know not to do it again and i also know the reason why 😭 cold shock thanks for this video
Thank you for sharing your experience. I'm so glad you made it out safely! Cold water shock can be a real danger, especially when jumping into fresh water, which is often colder than we expect. It's easy to underestimate the impact it can have on our bodies, even if we're experienced in swimming in other waters like the sea. Your story is a powerful reminder of how important it is to be aware of the risks, and I'm sure it will help others think twice before diving into cold water unprepared. Stay safe, and thanks for watching and sharing your experience! 😊
This is well done
Thank you for the kind words Christina, we're glad you enjoyed the video! :D

almost died because of this
That sounds really frightening! We're glad you’re okay. Cold water shock can be incredibly dangerous, and it’s a reminder of how important it is to be prepared and stay calm in those situations. Take care and stay safe!
Turning your house lights on and unlocking the door is helpful. In some areas a volunteer Community First Responder may arrive first in their own car, no lights, no siren, South East Coast Ambulance have around 400 in their corner of the UK they can call upon to respond in their locality 👍

Turn 16 in September! I'll be looking at colleges in October, I want to be a paramedic when I'm older but don't know what qualifications I need. Any ideas on what qualifications will be required other than GCSEs?
What age can you start an apprenticeship? Is it 18?
Hi Danny, many thanks for your comment and it's brilliant to hear you are looking to become a paramedic! You should be able to start an apprenticeship at 16. With regards to which qualifications you would need and what apprenticeships would be appropriate, we would suggest speaking to the colleges directly to make sure they have the courses that will steer you on the correct path! We do however offer a wide range of First Aid courses which would be a great first step to get your foot in the door: First Responder On The Scene - www.protrainings.uk/courses/381-faq-level-3-award-for-first-responders-on-scene-emergency-first-responder-rqf-fros-online-blended-part-1?search_term=first+responder First Responder On The Scene Part 2 - www.protrainings.uk/courses/393-faq-level-3-award-for-first-responders-on-scene-emergency-first-responder-rqf-fros-classroom-blended-part-2?search_term=first+responder Tourniquets, Haemostatic Dressings - www.protrainings.uk/courses/299-tourniquets-haemostatic-dressings-and-using-bsi-critical-injury-kits?search_term=first+responder Major Incident Trauma Level 3 - www.protrainings.uk/courses/355-major-incident-trauma-level-3-vtq?search_term=first+responder If you have any other questions, please reach out to us and we will be glad to help you! :D

I live in Maldives.. 1st thing is always try to get the water out of lungs by putting the victim on their stomach and squeezing thei abdomen and chest.. Standard cpr I lost a few patients.. This newer technique I saved alot... I used common sense... Water is in lungs no matter how many chest thumps you do its still there.. Water out by putting on their stomach and then commence the standard sop when lucg field is clear . Its a clinical thing..
if they were drowning for a long time is this method still good? and how do you squeeze if they’re on their stomach
yea after watching "7 year boy pani ma doob gaya" video I think its the better method
That was my problem. Blowing air into a water filled lung seems counter productive
How to do it ???
Can give us a sample?
So dogs can have stool problems like humans
4:55 Hi Alan, I am leaning towards this procedure after getting cortisone shots from my Rheumatologist for the pain. I'm a little anxious after being hospitalized for sepsis after lithotripsy. What are the chances of post op infections?

My resting heart rate is 40-50, in my sleep it can go down to 24... But my blood oxygen levels are always between 97 and 99%. I never faint, never feel lightheaded, and my blood pressure is normal... I went to the cardiologist last year and he said I'm healthy and there is nothing wrong with my heart....??
Years back before my first neurosurgery, along with 20-30 tonic clonics a day while awake, I averaged 5-8 nocturnal seizures a night, my parents handled it as a routine for 6 years
Thanks for sharing your story Ian. It's amazing how you and your parents handled the situation! We hope the Neurosurgery has had a positive impact on your life!
Wow!?!? You’ve spent some time on the other side!!! Just payed a visit last night myself
